Regain Your Domain is expanding our team as our business has grown substantially!  We are so excited to invite additional cleaners to join our team.  We are currently hiring for occasional hours working with another cleaner which will increase to regular part time hours working on your own.  Our employees are our greatest, most valuable asset to our business and are treated as such.  The reliable and dedicated work ethics of  our team members will be met with great pay and bonuses.

No experience necessary!  If you are invited to join our team, you will work closely with another cleaner as you are trained and gain important skills.  

​

No equipment necessary!  We will provide all the equipment and products necessary to complete your duties.  The only thing you are required to supply is a comfortable pair of indoor-only footwear.

EXPECTATIONS:

​

• Clean criminal record - police screening will be required

• Overall neat & tidy appearance and good personal hygiene

• Reliable and punctual

• Energetic and able to work at a fast pace

• Able to follow directions

• Able to work with others and alone

• Able to team-lift reasonable furniture up to 100lbs

​

DUTIES:

​

• Meet in Cobourg, Ontario with another cleaner to attend place of work together

• Properly care for and use equipment provided

• Sanitize all equipment before and after each place of work as instructed

• Clean ceilings, walls, baseboards, trim, window frames, and under/behind furniture

• Team lift furniture with another cleaner

• Further duties will follow with more hours and independent work

Pay & Bonuses:

​

• Payment starts at $17/hour which is $2/hour above minimum wage

• bi-annual (twice/year) increase in wages based on performance (up to $0.50 increase) to a cap of $20/hour

• Any tips paid by client will be split between the two cleaners on sight

• Tips paid by client will be solely yours when working independently 

• Bonuses including Christmas bonus and employee discounts on hundreds of businesses after 6 months!
